Sandhills Package Pros Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be delivered to Sandhills Package Pros via Fax or email during regular Monday-Friday, non-holiday business hours and must be acknowledged by return Fax or email by Sandhills Package Pros.  Qualifying refunds will be made via credit card.

Cancellations received more than 15 days in advance of arrival qualify for a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.  For cancellations within 15 days of arrival full payment will be forfeited.

Sandhills Package Pros is not responsible for golf rain checks.  All weather-related golf issues are to be discussed with each individual golf club.
